Called today and was very vague about who they (she) was and wanted my info but would not tell me what they wanted or what the call was about then I said if you won't tell me what you want then we've got nothing to talk about and hung up. I also told her I was recording the conversation.

No response when I answer the phone. They call usually, twice daily. Haven't they heard of the NO CALL list?

Caller states there is a legal matter that a friend has got into. They state she has commited fraud and put me down as a cosigner. Also states they will be filing papers in court against both of us. He leaves a name which I deleted off my phone. This happens a few times a day. will be calling atty general on this. This started over a year ago.

Have already added my number to DO NOT CALL LIST ... still recieving calls ... can not contact company directly ... this is considered harassment and company will be liable for an 11,000 dollar fine if calls do not stop.
